Launch of ZenFone 2
For the launch of ASUS’ ZenFone 2, the team developed a campaign to highlight all its new and coveted features. The collaterals were used across regional and global markets.
This included a thematic film—produced in conjunction with Singapore-based post-production house, A Post Office—that was made available online and screened at various launch events. We also collaborated with renowned digital artist Robert Jahns, to create a set of key visuals for the campaign. These were used for print advertisements and online.
The highlight of the campaign was an experiential Virtual Reality (VR) application, created with media company, MediaMonks. Through the app, the user would be taken on a breathtaking journey into space, surrounded by the galaxy’s beauty, in order to discover the core functions of the ZenFone 2. To bring this experience to life, customised cardboard goggles were manufactured for the ZenFone 2’s first launch event in Paris. Shortly after its launch on the application store, it won Mobile of the Day from FWA.
